Now’s the time for your customers to use your card to plan spring and summer vacation, cruises and adventure trips that will be highlights of their.
I sat down with travel planner Marlene Follick, just back from a winter trip to Bath and the Lake District of England, for ideas on trips she is recommending to clients.
“There is a lot to see in the United States,” Marlene comments. “There are many places to see, enjoy adventures, and tryout new activities”.
At the top of her destination list is the Triple Creek Ranch in Montana where guests can enjoy horseback riding, nature safari, scenic river floating and fly-casting all within luxury ranch accommodations and mouth-watering meals.
In Arizona, the Rancho de Los Caballeros in the Sonoran Desert town of Wickenburg, offers a welcoming Dude Ranch Resort where patrons can trade in cell phones for reins, where guests can enjoy horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, trap and skeet shooting and cookouts by campfire. Also in Arizona, near Tucson, is the White Stallion “Dude” Ranch which features rides through the desert, mountains and cactus country which have attracted Hollywood film crews for more than 70 years.
If a cruise is under consideration, “There are ships now leaving New York for warm weather destinations and many great deals from Miami and Fort Lauderdale to the Caribbean,” Marlene noted. “A different type of cruise for those who like to see history and take photos is a paddle boat ride from New Orleans to Memphis and Nashville.”
In the Caribbean itself are the Hyatt Zilara all-inclusive resort properties which cater to adults in Montego Bay and Cancun featuring ocean front properties. “Costa Rica as a great place to see unique wildlife, volcanoes, and jungles,” Marlene suggests, “with the Andaz Peninsula Papagayo Resort as a destination to consider.”
For families looking for the latest theme park attraction, Universal Studios in Orlando, the home of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter plans a Memorial Day opening for the new “Volcano Bay” water theme park.
