A ROAD (MORE OR LESS) TRAVELED
Perhaps Robert Frost said it best:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I —
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
In this issue we provide some useful information for what experts believe will be both an interesting and busy travel season.
With the ease of use provided by mobile devices, people are booking last-minute flights more than ever before. We recently read that “72% of all mobile bookings made by U.S. travelers happened within a 48-hour window prior to the booking. Travelers want more flexibility, which mobile devices have delivered leading to a greater propensity to book last-minute.” (Sojern Global Travel Insights, 2018).
And when it comes to travel, credit cards can be a traveler's best friend whether they’re jumping on a plane (Trip Delay) or driving across country (Roadside Assistance).
So before your customers get ready to hit the road, be sure to pass along some of the information contained in this month's eNewsletter.
As always, Safe Travels!

cbsi TRAVEL BENEFITS
Before we know it, the Holidays will be upon us and so too will be one of the busiest travel times of the year.
Many of your customers may have already booked travel plans. And if they have, we hope they used your credit card to do so. Card benefits help bring peace of mind to your travels (Lost Luggage, Trip Delay, etc.) and your customers need to be aware of these travel benefits.
However, while some of your customers may have finalized travel plans, others may still be in the planning stages. It's never too late to remind them to use your credit card for all their travel arrangements.
Now's also the time to make sure you offer the most comprehensive list of benefits available. Be sure to contact us at info@cbsiservices.com to ensure that you and your cardholders are ready for the upcoming travel season.
