cbsi Talking Business: November Summary Edition: November 30, 2020
Dear cbsi Friends:
In November my CBSI colleague Jack Hojnar led a webinar for the Hudson Valley Direct Marketing Association with one of our video partners Shadowworks, explaining how companies both small and large can effectively use video to tell their stories.
We also were excited to be a part of the Silver Apples Awards committee for the Direct Marketing Club of New York led by Ginger Conlon that pivoted to an online gala on Nov. 12th.
Very excited to learn that Mark Ricard, CEO of Long Island based RickardSquared will receive the 2020 Founder's Award at the December HVDMA Holiday Event.
We talked this month with extraordinary experts in their fields from across the country.
We added several of our past years interviews from over 550 episodes in the #cbsiTalkingBusiness series, we appreciate that so many industry friends have participated with us sharing knowledge and experience.
In time of sharing and remembering those who sacrifice for our country we did a Veteran's Day talk with MG (R) Clay Hutmacher head of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. This is an organization championed by the New York Yankees which provides college scholarships and ongoing support to families of special operations community members who have died in service. Their motto:
"We Never Forget a Birthday"
As always we are proud to represent our team at cbsi based in Harrison, NY and extend appreciation to our clients and friends as we enter the Holiday season.
