It's the start of July 4th Weekend, the celebration of the founding of our country, so good to see activity returning by the day to communities, restaurants, businesses, retail, sports events, and civic gatherings.

In this month's edition we lead with ever high energy John Witkowski, president of the Independent Bankers Association of New York State proudly describing the work of his members during the pandemic and innovation learned that will be part of serving customers going forward.

We went international connecting with Deepak Selvaratnam of Snapshotz & Remotability, located in Auckland, NZ who described impact of Covid19 in his country, the similarities of contact center around the world and his important initiative:

"Stop Abuse, Stop Customers Abusing Customer Service Agents"

We learned about software systems that can facilitate contact center "Work at home" in a discussion with Peter Pinto of Long Island based BeeSeenSolutions.com and Thomas Barry at Sacramento, CA based The Patriot Group.

Always a good day when you hear from Vincent Pietrafesa, VP BTB at San Antonio, Texas based Stirista.com. Vincent based in New York City described his first visit to the home office in over a year and their innovative new Identity Graph service.

A special guest of my WVOX 1460 AM New Rochelle radio show was Nicole Perlroth ten years reporting on cyber security for The New York Times and author of a must read new book,

"This is How They Tell Me the World Ends".
