2018 Recap, Part 2

Steve Forcum was a keynote speaker at Avaya’s #InnovationEdge Seminar in NYC. We spoke at length with Steve about enabling #ContactCenter reps, connecting office lines with mobile and tablets thru the Cloud, the data security that #Blockchain may offer and programs for #public safety and hospitality.

Michele Shuster, General Counsel for PACE, the Professional Association for Customer Engagement, and a partner at Columbus, Ohio based MacMurray and Shuster discussed her Regulatory Update for Contact Centers at the Pace #ACX18 Conference.
Dean Iona School of Business
Dr. William Lamb discusses the many aspects of the Iona business programs, the value of the AACSB credential, the planned new building, and his path in education which started in Chapel Hill, NC.
IT Strategies
Martin Boer of Boston based IT Strategies, highlights the recent Innovations in Print at Universal Wilde Seminar, May 2018.
Deloitte Digital
Alan Shulman, Creative Director for the Advertising, Marketing and Commerce Group at Deloitte Digital, was a panelist for the Direct Marketing Club of New York on #digitaltransformation. Alan’s discussion included, among other topics, brand purpose being meaningful to customers and providing the human touch, not just digitizing everything.
Sociality Squared
Helen Todd, CEO of Sociality Squared, was a panelist at the "What's Next for Social Media, Advertising, Data and Regulation" seminar in NYC. The event was hosted by the Frankfurt Kurnit Klein Selz law firm and organized by Gotham Media.
"Women in Leadership"
Direct Marketing Club of New York hosted its Women in Leadership" panel discussion last September. Stacey Hawes, President, Data Practice at Epsilon, moderated the event. Panelists included Adrea Rubin, President of Adrea Rubin Marketing, Inc. and Dawn Zier, CEO Nutrisystem. The host was DMCNY Club President Paulette Oliva of Merit Direct.
