Holiday Shopping 2021

Important Note:
We have moved our eNewsletter from monthly to quarterly. Beginning in January of 2022 you will also see more marketing communications from us. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow us on Twitter (@cbsiservices) and LinkedIn (HERE).

It was obvious last year that online Holiday would break records nationwide. The impact of the pandemic brought most people inside and caused online shopping to skyrocket.

This year - and beginning this weekend - that trend will increase as well. According to Business Insider, mobile commerce (m-commerce) is predicted to account for 36% of all eCommerce sales this year. And currently, mobile apps are converting customers 157% more often than mobile website counterparts.

In this issue we provide two important Talking Business interviews. cbsi's Jack provides shopping tips that will help your bank card customers. And cbsi's Peter Alter discusses shopping benefits that every financial institution should provide to its bank card customers.

Enjoy and Safe Holiday Shopping.
