The Slow Road to Travel

It’s taken a while, but the world we live in is starting to move forward again.

People, albeit cautiously, are coming out of their lockdowns looking for things to do and places to go. As more people become accustomed to wearing masks and living with Covid-19, they are slowly taking to the skies again.

On June 16, for example, the number of people passing through TSA checkpoints reached 450k, significantly up from the 87k from April 14, at the height of the global pandemic. (see here). This number is certainly greater than two months ago, but still far less than the 2.5 million that passed through TSA checkpoints the same time last year.

This month, we examine the return to travel and what that may mean for you whether you are leaving town for business or pleasure.

Enjoy and Safe Travels!
