Doing Our Best...

As we continue efforts of Social Distancing and work-from-home protocols, business is trying its best to continue as though all is normal. Much as we try, nothing feels normal. If anything, we are creating a new normal, one likely to change the way in which we all work and interact with each other for the foreseeable future.

At cbsi, our remote access environment has been working well. Aside from expected transitions to working at home, all of our employees have found their rhythm.

We hope you have found similar levels of success and that our disrupted world has not been too disruptive.

In this issue, we provide you some insights into how the Financial Service and Insurance industries are adjusting to all of these changes.

Please stay safe.
