cbsi Talking Business: December Best of 2020 - Bankers Edition December 21, 2020

Dear cbsi Friends:

We have reached the Holidays in a very challenging year and so much has happened that no one expected last January, all of which required fast change, learning new technology, finding new ways to communicate, collaborating on-line and finding new ways to serve customers.

We are very pleased in our #cbsiTalkingBusiness interview series which was able to conduct approximately 90 talks with business leaders and educators during 2020. We appreciate these opportunities to learn and share experience and expertise.

We thought that we would finish the year with several summaries of the segments we have covered during the year. Our first summary is with bankers as cbsiservices.com has served the credit card and payments industry for over forty years.

We appreciate the introductions to local and regional bankers from Marsha Gordon and John Ravitz of The Business Council of Westchester, John Witkowski of the Independent Bankers Association of New York State, and Joe Connolly, the legendary business reporter at WCBS 880 radio and his "Small Business Breakfast" series.

Several of our guests described dramatic action they took in March and April to set up work from home for their staff, “health safe” consumer banking processes, and helping small businesses with the Paycheck Protection Program.

As always we are proud to represent our team at cbsi based in Harrison, NY and extend appreciation to our clients and friends during this Holiday season.

Thank you to all our guests and readers!

Best wishes,

Ken
