Services include: <ul> <li><b>On-site Vendor Service Evaluations**</b>  Includes a review of security and information privacy, technology, process improvement opportunities, customer service, training, product evaluation, standards, and benchmarking. Identification of all data flows and unknown sub-vendors, as well as potentially adverse practices are considered. On-site review evaluates physical security, data security, call center security and practices including employment and screening process, site management, quality assurance and MIS reporting, audio tape verification, training and scripting. CBSI manages the entire process from scheduling the on-site visit to report submission. Types of vendors reviewed include telemarketing firms, lettershops, data processors, customer service centers, insurance companies, administrators, and fulfillment providers.</li> <li><b>ISO 27002 Reviews**</b>  We specialize in the Information Technology - Security Techniques - Code of Practice for Information Security Management standard for service providers and merchants who store, process, or transmit customer information. Reporting may be adapted to meet specific client requests.</li> <li><b>Compliance Monitoring</b>  Follow-up of adverse practices discovered at initial on-site review requiring immediate attention or correction will be re-visited with vendor, and confirmation of the requested improvement implementations will be confirmed. On-going monitoring to ensure compliance is available based on client requirements.</li> </ul></p> <p>**CBSI services will be based solely on information provided to CBSI by client and the third party vendor that is the subject of the service, as reviewed via on-site/off-site interview or other communications, and will be provided  as is . CBSI s findings are based on controls and systems assessed at the time of review and should not be applied to future projections or future compliance of the vendor due to potential IT changes/updates or systems no longer in existence.
