Cable and Internet Subscriptions Retention Improved by Travel and Entertainment Benefits

 

Thousands of reward benefits can be provided on line to cable television and internet customers

Harrison, NY - Cable television and internet providers can improve customer acquisition and retention can by offering on-line travel and entertainment values to their customers.

Enrolled customers will be issued a password to provide access to the on-line database of values, which can be searched by zip code.  Retail establishments will be ranked by distance from the zip code entered by the customer.  Several levels of restaurants ranging from fine dining to local fast food are provided.  Customers can then print out the program coupons and present at retail establishments, or for some offers make purchases on-line.  The program does have limits on usage per retail establishment, in many cases one usage either per month or year.

Subscriptions will generally be provided for a year but shorter periods are available as well.  Popular benefits can also be provided in the form of paper inserts into customer “Welcome Kits”, statements and other customer communications.
